Starting at welcome booths in both Vail Village and Lionshead, costumed trick-or-treaters will be greeted and given free balloons. They will then be pointed in the direction of participating merchants, who will display oversized jack-o-lantern bags at their entrances. This popular event takes place rain, snow or shine.
