Join us for a yoga class! Let's get into the roots of our body & mind, beer & music! This is great chance to reset and enjoy some yummy brews.

Yoga will be held at Crossfitness Training of Vail @ 41199 Hwy 6, below Beaver Divers

Please try and find a mat to bring or borrow!

Class will promptly start at 6:30pm so arrive early! 

Beer drinking will begin by 7:30pm sharp!
