Klone Manor (Vail Village)

Brandon Hagen and Chris Jones each bring a burning passion for songcraft and rock and roll, and it shows through in both intimate acoustic and full-bore venue settings. Their vocal harmonies and passionate guitar work illuminate their influences - The Band, The Grateful Dead, The Beatles, Peter Gabriel, John Mayer, and more.

Hagen is a 6-year resident of Boulder, Colorado, with family ties to the area going back to the 1950s when his grandfather (and current roommate), Walter, moved to the city with his grandmother, Irma. The state has been a haven of creative output for Hagen, seeing the release of two solo EPs, performances on 6 albums to date, and playing/touring with 6 different bands in those years. This new duo with Jones shows exceptional promise as a project that was a long time coming, and a thrill to see come to fruition.

Jones, a Colorado native, recently replanted himself in his home soil after several years in Los Angeles. There he had been pursuing success with the affable and energetic indie folk rock band, Bones Muhroni. The band saw the release of several records with Jones sharing vocal, guitar, and songwriting duties. When he eventually heard the call to return to the mountains, the call to Hagen was made that a new acoustic duo was immanent.

The story of Klone Manor goes further back than the lives of either member. The story continues to be told in song and in person. Find out more at one of our next shows.
